Getting to The Leys School
The Leys School, Leys Leisure Sports Complex, Trumpington Road, Cambridge, CB2 7AD
Please ensure you do not arrive at the main school site as we are located at Leys Leisure Sports Complex entrance, access will not be possible at the main school.
Please look for our branding which will direct you to sign in.
Sign-in will be available from 08:15 – 09:15 and sign out will be available from 17:00 – 18:00.
If you need to drop off or collect outside of these times please arrange this with your camp manager. Please allow for a longer sign in and out than normal due to the new procedures. We ask for your cooperation to ensure that social distancing is maintained during these times, please be conscious that other parents may be vulnerable.
We will not require you to wear a face mask due to the queue being outside and socially distanced.
The camp manager is contactable between 08:15-18:00.
Each morning once you have dropped the children off, you will be able to see the plan for their day on their bubbles activity board.
Swimming is available this summer. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee every child will swim every day, due to the limited pool time we have available. This will be displayed each day on our activity boards on-site.
If your child requires any prescription medication whilst attending camp we will need you to complete an Administration of Medicine form. You can find the Administration of Medicine form here so please complete this and bring it with you on your child’s first day.
If you are unable to complete and print a form to bring with you, we will ask you to do this on your child’s first day when arriving at sign in.
We require one form per medication.
We are a nut-free site which means we are unable to allow ANY nuts or food products containing nuts on-site. Please refrain from sending any such products in your children’s lunch or snack as they will be removed.
The government have also published guidance for parents attending childcare settings. You can find this here.
