F.A.Q’s

Don’t worry you haven’t lost anything, we are holding your previous balance as a credit on your account. You can use this towards any future bookings and credits will be prioritised over new bookings. Alternatively, you can request a refund here refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks.

We have created a detailed summary of the likely measures to be introduced to ensure your child’s safety when coming to camp. These will be updated and amended to reflect new guidance once released. We will only be operating venues that fully comply with government guidance and have been thoroughly risk assessed.

Unfortunately due to the changes in the format of our operation in the summer, we will need you to re-book/register with us. You will however, be able to reference your existing booking as credit (using your email confirmation) to avoid having to pay twice. We will also use your initial booking date in any kind of prioritisation over places should we become oversubscribed.
