Our holiday camp in Oxford-Summertown is based at Summer Fields school. Our children’s multi-activity camps are for children aged from 3 to 14 years and have a wide range of fun activities for kids to enjoy during the school holidays.

Summer Fields School is an independent preparatory day and boarding school for boys, set amongst 70 acres of outdoor space in the heart of Summertown. The Camp features a selection of playing fields, climbing wall, sports hall, golf course woodland area, a swimming pool. The facilities and wide-open spaces at Summer Fields make it a perfect location for our holiday camp.

Most importantly, your children are in a safe and secure environment for having fun. We have over 15 years of experience in making sure our kids have the best school holidays ever!

Children will come home having had a day that not only develops them socially and physically but having enjoyed every minute of it!

Sign in 08:15 – 09:15

Sign out 17:00 – 18:00

The School gates will open automatically between these times

(Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate any collections between 16:00 – 17:00)

Whether your child is interested in sport, arts, crafts or a bit of everything, we have activities to suit everybody. Children attending Active Camps will take part in activities ranging from large scale painting and mosaic masterpieces to team building games and obstacle courses.

Things will be a little different at Active Camps this holiday as we will be exploring new activities and games to make sure we stick to the social distancing guidelines!

Children will be part of a group or ‘bubble’ with a maximum of 15 children of similar ages. Each bubble will have consistent staff members throughout the day to keep the number of people that children come into contact with at the very minimum.

An individual camp kit will be provided for use each day, including equipment such as colouring pens and pencils, paintbrushes and a range of other arts and crafts equipment. All of this is to reduce the risk of infection by avoiding sharing equipment.

Activities will also be a little different at camp this holiday! Our experienced Activity Leaders are hard at work coming up with fun new games to make sure we all stick to social distancing and show everyone that you can still have fun from 1+ metres!

Just to make sure your children are all set for camp, we have put together a little kit list of what to bring to camp:

  • Packed lunch (including 2 snacks and NO NUTS)
  • Water bottle
  • Coat in the event of wet weather
  • Sun cream (when necessary)
  • Hat (when necessary)
  • Outdoor shoes/wellies (when necessary)
  • Ideally a personal hand sanitiser (group sanitizer will be provided)

Preferably all in 1 bag that the child can carry with them (all labelled please!) for more information make sure to check out the pre-arrival information page.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Active Plus is not currently available.
